I certainly didn't feel welcomed when I arrived. To say the reception staff were unpleasant is an under statement. The property is in a good location and has good parking. The room was very comfortable but I did see some roaches.

WE DID NOT STAY (MARCH 22-MARCH 23). IT WAS NOT SAFE. TOO LOUD AND UNSAFE PEOPLE. I TRIED TO SEND THE REVIEW BEFORE BUT SOMETHING WENT WRONG I WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK

An absolutely disgusting hotel with the rudest check in person. We arrived after 11 and called the line, woman came to check us in was nice. 8 next morning they sent a man our room with a key because they didn’t record what room we were in. When we voiced our concerns, she got nasty. Room is worst I have ever been to, toilet screams when flushed, no hot water, and absolute dump. Outside looks okay but rooms are horrible. I expected a chain would be okay, it was certainly not
